When John came to me about 6 month ago, he had let himself go to a point where he wasn’t comfortable in his body, and wanted to do something about it. The first few workouts were a little rough but he pulled through and kept coming, and kept putting in the work on his own as well (workouts, and sticking to the diet). The results were obvious in a couple week’s john stayed consistent, and worked through illnesses, vacations, and holidays. John worked hard during his workouts with no complaining (well almost).
John can now say that he lost 23 pounds, and is still working everyday towards his goals. John was only able to achieve his goals because he committed to the task, and stayed consistent.
