Week 1 Fitness - Form Focused workouts where I will be doing a lot of teaching and allowing your body to get used to working out.
Week 1 Food - 1 Week detox to clean the body of all the toxic food you may have been eating.
Week 2 Fitness - Strength and Stability we will be focusing on getting the body stronger and able to handle more intense exercise so we can avoid injury in week three when we turn up the intensity.
Week 2 Food - Cleaning up. now that we’re done with the detox it’s time to clean up our diets which is the only way to ensure lasting changes.
Week 3 Fitness - it's time to turn up the intensity and really start blasting those calories and fat.
Week 3 Food - Ready, Aim, Eat! Now we are going to develop specific targets related to your goals so you can stay consistent and never guess again.
