What if i'm new to fitness?
I make sure we are taking the proper progressions to get you acclimated to a healthier lifestyle. At the beginning consider me your coach rather than a trainer.
Do you offer group training?
I do offer group training in groups up to 4. I like to keep groups small so I can keep my focus in the needs of individuals, and not generalize the process.
How much is it?
Prices vary depending on several factors such as number of sessions you attend each week, contract length, and group session rates. Also, current clients can earn discounts with referrals.
